The Random Horror Show episodes

  • Silver Bullet-1985
Definitely not the old Coors commercial 🤣 Silver Bullet is based on a short story from the Master of Horror Stephen King. Marty, Unk Red and Jane are not pleased to find the new Pastor is a werewolf in their sleepy idyllic town. Starring the late Corey Haim, Gary Busey, Terry O'Quinn and cameos of course Stephen King. I've been on a werewolf kick.

  • The Unnameable-1988
H.P. Lovecraft's story of a she-demon with her hollarin butt locked in a house for 200 something years is found by a college kids to prove the story is a false but a bedtime story to scare children. Just unnecessary hollaring and her father tried to hard to raise the bratty she demon. I give her something to holler about a good butt whoppin', yelling and screaming in the house for no reason. She need to sit down somewhere.

  • Black as Night-2021
Tonight's podcast made me mad. The synopsis is a young girl with self esteem issues seeking revenge on her mother fighting vampires with friends. This train wreck of f*ckery lazy writing is a rip off of Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter, Buffy the Vampire Slayer incorporating colorism, aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and social ills (poorly executed) in the black community in New Orleans. One huge cluster F of a horror movie. I disrespected this shit out of the movie because the writer and director are disrespectful to fans of horror, vampires, young black girls, Hispanic culture and LGBTQ+people. A Watpad fanfick at it's failure finest from a self hating dysfunctional black writer. This dude hates dark skinned black women and girls knowing good and well he doesn't date them, so don't fucking write about them. Amazon green lighted this crap, do take a BIG ASS L on this and rethink your decisions. F this movie.

  • Slither-2006
James Gunn's pre-Marvel glow up🌟 horror/sci-fi of a dusty meteorite drops for a unwelcomed visit in the small sleepy town of Wheelsy. Grant Grant like Duran Duran body is invaded by the parasitic alien transforming his body to a massive gross squid like Angry Squidward. Starla (Elizabeth Banks) trying so dang hard to save her husband, loveless marriage and the town from alien invasion. Ol fine ass Nathan Fillion plays Bill Pardy, lovestruck half assed Chief of Police "silent" stalking the married Starla cause this fool missed his shot ancient years ago. Starla is actually too good for Grant and Bill suffice to say.

  • Lifeforce-1985
A space exploration goes wrong studying Haley's Comet ☄️ finding three perfect humanoid bodies inside a ancient ship. Things go haywire when the space girl (Matihilda May) wakes up draining the citizens of London lifeforce. Carlson and Caine dragging against time to stop the destruction of the space vampires destroying the city. Lots of T&A in this horror/sci-fi movie as I giggle. Cue 3 Six Mafia " Azz n Tittiez"🤣🤣

  • The Ghost of Mars
John Carpenter's sci-fi horror starring Ice Cube, Jason Statham, Natasha Hendstrige, Robert Carradine and Clea Duvall. A mining incident leads to an ancient Martian race released from a tomb possessing the humans colonizing the planet Mars. The ancestors said NO more of this colonizing sh!t taking to next level murder and mayhem. It's up to the law and Desolation Williams team up to escape. I don't care if you think this movie is trash but majority of John Carpenter movies are always fun to enjoy. Thank you loyal listeners, you have great cheap taste in podcast listening. Closing out Season 3. 💖🥳

  • Pitch Black-2000
David Twomy's directorial debut in this cult horror sci-fi movie with deep spiritual, Biblical undertones scratching the surface. A crash landing on a desolate planet with three suns calls for a new type of anti hero name Riddick. The survivors of the ship moral compasses are tested as the planet goes into a solar eclipse of darkness, putting the trust into a murderer Vin Diesel's badass role as Riddick, a mysterious violent criminal who can see in the dark, super strength and heighten senses to fight for survival when met by the planet's original inhabitants. A wild ride with a lots of meaning that set itself from just another typical "sci-fi horror" movie. Evil ain't for no punk b!
