On August 22nd, 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee, Iryna Zarutska, was viciously murdered while on a Charlotte, N.C. light rail train.  Footage has since been released showing Zarutska in her work uniform when the suspect, Decarlos Brown Jr. brutally stabbed her.
