It’s official, we’re back! After a nine-year hiatus from podcasting, when our critically acclaimed writer pod ended (we won’t cite our sources), we’ve returned for some fresh podcasting hijinks!
Since it is our first episode back and we lean heavily into how tired we are after turning 40, we couldn’t be bothered to learn how everything worked in advance. That said, there were a few connectivity and tech issues, but fear not, listeners; we’ll iron those out for the next episode.
So for this week, Kandice and I discuss our writing projects, Chicago’s Printers Row Fest, books we’re reading, and since it’s us we’re talking about here, we also touch on a healthy dose of AI cats, power bottom memes, and Kandice’s great hunt for Quan Millz!
If you enjoyed this podcast, make sure to come back and refer a friend. It also helps to leave us a review and subscribe to my Substack, Veiled Musings, to keep up to date on my writing and books.
Tune back in next time, where we’ll unveil (yes, that is a play on my stack) an official musicless introduction (we’re writers, not musicians) and, as if we thawed him from carbonite like Han Solo, Caleb, poor vision and all!
