Fear is a funny Ol'thing. Something I have come to learn is there are many types of fear, and in this podcast we dive into those, and how they affect us both physically and mentally. We talk all about the fear of being afraid of something physical and then the fear of our ego, telling us that we should be afraid, but in actually fact that is not the case.
At the end of the podcast, I share with you my biggest technique for stopping the ego in its tracks, and shoving two fingers up at it. Take this little take away, away with you and use it whenever you think your ego is taking it one step to far.
