The Biden administration announced a handful of new rules pertaining to student loans.  This update focuses on those updates and what they mean to you.

We've been asked by many young professionals if they should be buying a house right now or waiting.  Everybody should buy when they feel ready.

However, home affordability is at a 40 year low!  Therefore, I decided to dig into my old valuation bag to predict how much I think housing prices are going to drop.

This was a back of the napkin type of valuation but will give us a good feel of what we can expect.
