Ian Callam from NR Care reflects on what his staff enjoy about working at The Great Hospital. The same pool of staff provides consistency and relationships to build between care works, residents and staff at the Hospital, it is a really nice location to work in. Having one location means that staff don't have to rush from A to B to C allowing for time to connect with residents following care needs rather than rushing off knowing emotional needs have gone unmet.

Christopher Collings from QCM Healthcare talks about what he thinks is possible through the Real Care Deal not only in Norfolk but at a national level. He emphasises through providing a platform for people stories their of care, individual needs non judgemental care plans it not only gives those reciving care a poweful voice it also increases public awareness of care and shift peoples perceptions and understanding of care and increasing care demands.
