Bianca is a native of the WNC mountains. She grew up in her family-owned hotel, the Monte Vista in Black Mountain. She loves horses, dogs, camping, tubing the local Rivers--- basically anything that involves being outdoors, enjoying the Beautiful WNC mountains, as well as running and music. Bianca's motto is "Work hard/play hard"!

After careers in equestrian management, restaurant/bar management, event planning and catering, Bianca decided to take her love of the hospitality industry and apply it to a career in Real Estate in 2017. I am proud to say that I have called the Asheville area my home for over 30 years. I have seen this beautiful place evolve from a sleepy mountain town to the bustling and dynamic city it is today.

I have experienced and come to love the wide array of what our area has to offer, from quiet log cabins within 20 minutes of the city, to new construction with expansive living spaces, and the beautiful renovations to homes so sturdily built they will house many more generations.

 My sales career began in the hard-nosed industry of construction equipment, heavy equipment and tractor trailers, which has made me a tenacious negotiator and keenly aware of the complexities involved in making major financial decisions. I have a vast knowledge and am well versed in all facets of construction from new construction to remodeling and have the ability to navigate the complexities of building in the mountains.

Tom was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, the youngest of six children.  A proud graduate of The University of Delaware with a degree in business, Tom has enjoyed a successful 30+ year career in sales. Zeno B. Lancaster, IV. A native to western North Carolina, Zeno was born in Asheville and raised in nearby Canton.  He attended Pisgah High, before obtaining a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, class of 2004.  As planned since he was fifteen or so, Zeno went on to become an attorney, obtaining his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL, in 2007.  Zeno is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the American Bar Association, The North Carolina Bar Association, the 28th District Bar, the Buncombe County Chamber of Commerce, sits on the Board of REACH (Real Estate Agents Combating Homelessness) - a branch of Homeward Bound of WNC, and is President of the Young Professionals of Asheville.
