 Well, I don't have a crystal ball. I don't know exactly what's going to happen next year.  I just look at data constantly. Forecasts based on data. And study local, regional, state, and national law changes and form opinions based on that.  

With that...here is what I think is going to happen next year!

When you buy a property that is part of an association, please read your HOA documents, usually called Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions.  They lay out the rules of the game, what you can and can't do, who pays for what, and how you can get into trouble!

You are shelling out a ton of money to buy something.  So...read the documents!
