For the last decade, he was the CEO and Principle of Green Tech High Charter School in Albany, NY - where he led his students to a 95% graduation rate and 100% acceptance rate to college. Now, he oversees and supports 25 charter schools in Rochester, NY, and is a consultant to other schools nationwide. His goal is to close the education and wealth gaps in America.
