The Real Power Family Radio Show

Parable of the Sower & Pareto’s Principle

Education is useless without action. The actions we take determine the results we get. Sometimes working longer & harder only gives you more work & no more results. To get better results you need to find the things & areas that can provide the results you want to achieve.

FISA, Firearms, Financials, and Freedom

While Trump initially said he wanted to end FISA, he has now issued a temporary extension and is pushing to get it renewed. This leads us into concerns of privacy, which some people believe should be given up for convenience or safety. This was not what our founding fathers believed.  We also cover firearms, including the gun buyback in Canada and the announcement from the Secretary of Defense that it will be legal for active duty soldiers to carry firearms on post. We discuss the perspectives regarding a local school system in Ohio that is reducing their costs by laying off over 400 teachers and administrators.  We also talk about some of the differences between Germany and the US for wealth building and investing options. While these may seem like unrelated topics, in the end, it's all about freedom, which is essential for having the choice to live your life the way you choose.

For Life, Choice, and Freedom

Are monopolies good or bad?  Who pays the most in taxes?  What costs more: farm fresh eggs or those from the grocery store? What does MAGA really mean? While the Supreme Court upholds that a terminally ill patient can not try any experimental drugs, the Circuit Courts have said that healthy people can be mandated to use an experimental drug and can't sue for any bad side effects. California is looking at passing a law to punish anyone who wants to investigate fraud and report it as a citizen journalist. In this episode, we tackle a lot of different questions that are very telling about where we are as a society.

Standing Up for Freedom

Britain had Brexit, Canada had their truckers’ convoy, Dutch had their farmers protest, the US had its truck convoy, and now Ireland has citizens standing up against their overreaching government. While governments believe that what they do is legal, there is a big difference between something being legal and being ethical or moral. We discuss the citizens standing up against the building of data centers in their local area. While many city councils and township trustees may ignore their constituents, there are some serious ramifications to consider regarding these centers. While the powers that be think that they have to be the first country to have autonomous AI, and that it is an "existential threat" if they aren't, there are factors they are not considering and many unintended consequences that will also be a problem. We are moving toward smaller government, and the governments are fighting back. It will take the citizens standing up together to keep their freedom intact. For those who are taking steps to protect freedom, thank you!

FF: Hard Assets vs. Paper Promises

Why are countries selling their U.S. bond holdings and repatriating their gold? How can you store the value you have created for long periods without losing purchasing power? Barter is an exchange of value for value, but using currency is easier. However, the longer you hold currency, the less it can buy. We cover currency, inflation, net operating income, war, and fiscal responsibility. We also cover the sunk-cost fallacy, what the Bank of France is doing now, and the difference between the letter of the law and doing what is logically right in a situation. With the conflicts and changes in the world today, you need to prepare yourself and your family for difficult times ahead. Learn how you can set yourself up to make your world a better place!

The Difference Between Communism & Socialism

While some may use those words interchangeably, these systems use different means to achieve the same end. We talk about these differences as well as how capitalism differs from both of these. We also talk about what the war with Iran is costing us as well as how the public sentiment has changed since this all began. This war will not only cause more inflation, it puts the Federal Reserve into a bind that makes it difficult to raise rates and difficult to lower them. Expect to see a lot of future consumer price inflation. We have too much government, too much welfare, too much warfare, and too much debt. Learn what you need to know to prepare yourself for the changes that are coming!
