One comment from the president about tariffs was enough to cause price drops in cryptocurrencies, although even after that drop, Bitcoin is still up 20% for the year. There is a big difference between Speculating and Investing. You need to understand the difference and learn how to invest. China and India are out of silver to sell, and if the London silver market freezes, the entire market will see the effects. You need to own physical metal - not ETF's. The government doesn't want to shrink, but why are we spending billions on the TSA when they have a failure rate of 95%? Why are we more concerned with how to fund schools that are getting poor results while senior citizens that have worked to pay off their mortgage are now losing their homes because their property taxes have skyrocketed? Now is the time we need smaller government, but it will take the citizens banding together to get things done. We discuss all this and more in this episode!

There is a big difference between money and currency. While people were fascinated by alchemy, you cannot turn lead into gold. That is one of the reasons that gold is money. Since you can't just make more of it, it cannot be inflated like currency. We go over the market caps of different investments and how they relate to each other. We also talk about IPO's, risk, and price expectations. Since the dollar can be inflated, it may be better to measure the cost of things in something that the government cannot just make more of, like gold. In the end, it isn't the price of something, it's about the value.
