Logic in Elections

There are a lot of wild lies going around after the most recent elections. In fact, these and other lies were going around before the election. When you sit down and talk logically about what can really happen in the world, you will realize that in a Constitutional Republic, NO one person or even one group can do terrible things to another smaller group. That can only happen in a Democracy. Talk with your family. With a strong family unit, you are much more likely to have kids that grow up to do great things and make the world a better place. Without the insights from their parents, they may fall for any number of illogical or even impossible lies spread by others.

How to get what you Want

Dress for the job you want, not the one you have. Go to the same places and events that the people who already have accomplished the things you want to accomplish go. Use the exact words that you mean. Don’t stereotype & expect others to know what you mean. Have a good & high-energy attitude. See the other side of your position & the opposition is more likely to see yours.

TT – Legal Vs. Ethical

In this episode, the teenagers (Deven and Ethan) discuss the difference between what’s legal and what’s ethical. They look at examples of ethical actions that may be illegal, like giving food to homeless people or owning an unregistered pet squirrel, and question many of the crazy laws which exist. They also cover situations where something legal can be unethical, such as insider trading by politicians (sometimes), civil asset forfeiture, and issues with zoning and permits.

FF: Your Mindset Creates or Destroys Your Wealth

Your beliefs create your life. Very high-income earners can be broke & people making minimum wage can become rich if they have the correct beliefs. Look at the truth. Don’t believe fancy accounting from Enron or the Federal Government. Look at the moral hazard of having insurance & blindly trusting your insurance company… Like the FDIC. Finally, a 3-year experiment with UBI has actually decreased production, wasted value that had to be produced by someone AND made the low-income recipients poorer than when they started the experiment!
