Justin Pritikin returns to give you an inside scoop on why your staff are not coming back, quitting and in general, “done” with the camp industry.

Picking up from our past episode 66, and the Tri-State Camp Conference Session that he and I gave last week in Atlantic City, Justin is back to give us older folks some insight as to what’s going through the mind of our younger staff. 

His words and insight have become a bit of a wake-up call for the camp industry- particularly the veterans of the camp experience- so we’re giving him a forum today to keep the conversation going.
