Does your mind just refuse to stop wandering about ? mine sure does
BUT IM WORKING ON IT !
Iv spent the last 8 weeks really diving into this subject, looking inwards, projecting outwards taking responsibility and taking ownership over this consciousness iv been blessed and cursed with.

MISS ME!??!
Well if you even noticed my absence last week its only because i was off galavanting, loosing and re finding myself and collecting traveling tales to tell you this week 📖

This wander is but but a warm up wander for the greater wander to come, i did my best to keep journaling as i embarked on my haphazard journey to Bulgaria as i knew that keeping up with a lot of my healthy routines would be difficult and i also didn't want to put to much pressure on myself if i didn't manage to meditate for a day or eat a good breakfast or ruin my sleeping pattern or something..... but i said to myself that i would at least keep up the journal so here it is 🙏

Wanders i wonder over:

Posh chairs and pu'er Tea
Having a trusting partner
Planning for Success and Mega stardom
Practicing Chinese on a dog
Black mineral mountain tar
Tiny sushi restaurants
interruptions and what i'm having for dinner ......
As always these episodes are one take wonders but i am wanting to make things all a lot smoother and more exciting, for myself if not anyone else ha so now i am back in the Uk ill see what i can muster.

AHA! Have we met already ? 🤔 Nice too see you anways 🙏
The mind sure does unexpectedly wander from time to time but at least its consistent in that, so if your here listening after visiting some previous episodes then i thank you for your consistency or perhaps your new here in which case here is a new opportunity to be consistent at something so whilst we are all being consistent lets starts wandering

combing natural ability and discipline

Always room for a tune ....

My mind has truly started to wander now but i hope to happily stroll a long side it for a little while at-least through this here episode, perhaps you can bring you mind along ? like some sort of mind creche ...... but anyway......
