The Realist & The Visionary

In this week's episode, Dutch and Tena discuss the FBI's most covert and evil program, COINTELPRO. The COINTELPRO project was established to wage a war against the black freedom movement. Their ultimate goal was to neutralize "black extremists". However, it is apparent that the program was created to destroy black power and black unity. COINTELPRO never stopped; the government is still using tactics on our people today. Social media and agents of chaos, aka agent provocateurs, are their main tools.

In the latest episode of our podcast, we delve deep into the newly released film "Sinners," a gripping horror movie that intertwines themes of race, identity, and spirituality. Directed by Ryan Coogler, known for his work on "Black Panther," this film presents a unique narrative that challenges viewers to confront uncomfortable truths about American history and society.

As we discuss in the episode, the film is rich with symbolism, particularly in its portrayal of music as a form of magic and a conduit for spiritual connection. The character of Sammy, a gifted musician, embodies the struggle between artistic expression and the dangers of succumbing to the darker side of fame and fortune.
