Tasha is a hairstylist, holistic reproductive practitioner which encompasses a certified reflexologist, full-spectrum doula and Holy Fire III Reiki master as well as a self-love coach and human design guide. Through our conversation you will hear about how Tasha's fertility journey led her on a path to holistic healing and changed the course of her career. Tasha is passionate about supporting clients through energy healing, coaching and reflexology to work through emotional and physical blocks that may be imposing on their manifestations and overall physical health. When not working, Tasha can be found spending time with her daughter, Luna-Rae and husband Josh, reading, writing, organizing/decorating their cozy home in Ontario, Canada or partaking in her spiritual practices.

This podcast for those navigating the portal of motherhood. Here, we hold reverence for this sacred rite of passage, regardless of the circumstances. We are trauma-informed, leaving behind the toxic positivity and spiritual bypassing often woven through the natural birth and parenting community. In these spaces, there is an echo chamber of idealized versions of the "right way" to be a "natural" mother, which can leave us with shame and loneliness if the ideal is not our experience. This is a space of duality; we recognize that through honoring both the dark and the light, we can cultivate greater wisdom, meaning, and magic.

In this podcast, we will engage with stories from mothers, birth workers, and guides in the parenting community, who can hold the capacity for duality, and who understand that being a mother is inherently sacred no matter how magical, medical, transcendent, or traumatizing it might be. All of it is sacred and worthy of being honored.
