As we grow and develop we are faced with challenges that we break down and discover that we are either forging a path or following a path.   Some enjoy the challenge and want to figure things out on their own and put up the “Do not disturb sign”  While others look for role models to show them the way and help them forge a path.  However, it is such a crucial part to find a balance between the two.
