You know I've been on the go for so long and I forgot what it took to take care of me. And with me opening this episode today, right in the very beginning of the intro, I just want to say, officially, welcome to the rise. I'm your host, Tristan Ryan. Today's episode is one I've been meaning to have for a while respectfully and truly, I've been waiting for the right time to come back and I feel that time is now I feel that time I can no longer wait. Today it's all about truth and accountability set in the record straight, you know. We're talking about government corruption, false narratives, and the truth behind the accusations made against me and how I'm doing through it all, you know. There's so there's going to be a lot of people out in this world that want to take you down, no matter how much good you're trying to do there's going to be that person. I didn't listen to my parents when they told me about this kind of thing going up and it beats me up that I have to live with it every single day knowing that all my family tried to do was help me. truly, my family has been going to the hilt for me since I since I can walk, my family's been going through it all with me, and I've taken it for granted so much that I forgot to let them know that I loved them Hopefully through this episode they hear my love. I know I have a hard time showing it, but I really do love you all truly, and I love my audience too. I have an imperson audience today. The only audience I have today is my cat captain and my I think I have six fish now. I had 15 but uh water got warm accidentally and yeah RIP to the fish, right? But aside from that, um let's get into segment one today. um I'm going to spend about maybe five to seven minutes on each topic, um maybe bigger time junks. um but yeah, let's address the false accusations and statements made publicly against me. um I'm here for one thing only and that's here to clear my name officially because I know everyone has heard lots of things about my name, Tristan, Charles Ryan on the record, however, claiming that I robbed my own church, claiming that I need to be institutionalized because I went to a public school district needing their help and knowing that it all worked out in the end too. Knowing that all these people that have quite frankly made me out to be a target negatively and positively as well. I'm going to say it out on the record positively possibly it shown God God seen the true acts of what those nights led to, and he was watching you all big time and he seen the negativeness and the illegalness and the abuse of power that these two officers had used against me in their own executive authority under I'm going out on the limb here, saying this out loud, but it needs to be heard. It needs to be heard that I was threatened by two tribal police officers. It needs to be heard that I was threatened to be arrested if I was to call dispatch for my protection again and that's both sides. It is both sides for the tribal police department and for the Akma county sheriff's office. I've notified the postmaster general. I've notified as much federal officials as I can think of to help me and they are behind me full speed ahead full speed of head ahead and they are right with me to the hilt because they know the truth. They know exactly how you people are I am going out on a big limb here to accuse these corrupt officials. I am not going to name their names yet, but for you for those of you that know the real story, you know their names. you know their names and that will live in your head. I hope it does because with the face reactions and the total witnesses I have against these two officials, I went to high school with one of them and one other one quite happens to be Qui happens to be a unique character. I'm not going to go and name his name yet yet. I want that to be noted on the record. I'm not naming both your names yet, but for those of you that know the real story, the truth is coming. Laties and gentlemen, I am Tristan Ryan, and I am here to tell you the truth. This isn't about pointing fingers. This is about accountability, about holding those in power responsible for the lies, the deceit, and the corruption that have been allowed to fester for far to long. I've seen it first hand. I've witnessed the manipulation of the tribal sovereignty, the betrayal of our people, and the misuse of resources meant to protect and uplift our communities. The truth is uncomfortable, but as I stand here before you I'm ready to confront that discomfort with you all. We cannot continue to allow back door deals, money laundering, and misuse of tribal funds to go unchecked. Our people deserve better. Today I'm exposing what the federal government and the tribal agencies have tried to sweep under the rug. I'm here to protect our sovereignty and I will not rest until justice is served. Do you understand Mr. president do you understand all the elected officials in office in Congress in the confederated tribes and bands of the accommation I hereby challenge you all to day. I hereby challenge you all, and dare me this little native boy from the Y accomination reservation speak up to the networks of MSMBC Fox News ABC News, CNN you name it. I know all the networks and you're not going to come after me. The truth is, you've already tried all the networks have tried and I've been through hell and back to finish trust me. However, at the end of the day I'm here only for the American people as I am myself. I'm here for my constituents of the accommination. I am an unofficial leader of my nation. I don't expect these official leaders to call themselves leaders any more, Mr. President. I am tired of it, Mr. President. Mr. President. See, sir, I beg you. I beg you. My good friend this morning actually just left the states this morning. You know who that is? She is my best friend in the entire world and you caused her to leave. Do you realize that, sir? Do you realize that my best friend has fled the country knowing what catastrophic events are happening by some of your policies, sir. I agree with some of them, but I don't agree with the rest. I will admit that some of your policies have brought me from the lower class up, fortunately in between the lower and middle class. I wouldn't consider myself in the middle class. I'm still in the lower class. however, I get off my ass to work every single day. I get off my ass to prove that I am willing to do whatever it takes to survive just like you, Mr. President, just like you you've gone through hell and back, sir, and all I ask is your support for my people, sir, cause fortunately not everyone's afraid to not fortunately no one's going to go up against the President of the United States, but I will.
