In this episode we talk about how the need to know quickly becomes the need to control. The ways we identify and seek safety through knowing, and the unconscious efforts our minds play behind the scene make for an interesting twist on the subject!

In this episode we discuss the power in choice. So many of us believe that we are automatically programmed to react certain ways - whether due to our trauma, childhood, conditioning, or simply because it's just "who we are" but that's bs. We have and make choices every day, and none of us are predispositioned to behave on default. Sure, an ingrained behavior may be 1000 times harder to change than a new one, but there is still choice there, and being aware of that is the first step toward change and a new life!

In this episode we discuss what it's like to gaslight yourself. The ways our negative thoughts and self talk can create drama, anxiety, fear - and end up manifesting our worst nightmares! We break down the thought processes, how we involve others into our story dramas, and ways to combat the urge to continue to unconsciously speak these things into existence. In this episode Ana and Steven discuss the way we can see our old behaviors in other people, and how difficult it is to deal with them! We see these things in another and are instantly triggered, almost as if we are literally talking to our old selves and want desperately to get through to them and save them from themselves! This leads into conversations of self-worth, self-importance, self-respect and self-reflection - all the dimensions of self.

After watching the Supervillain documentary on Tekashi 6ix9ine we felt moved to discuss the psychological processes behind attention seeking and toxic behavior. There is so much ego identity in celebrity fame and in this episode we break down the inner workings of this condition. The low self-esteem, trying to fill that black hole in your heart with attention and approval from others, and the unconsciousness it must take to behave in such a way but still allows you to sleep at night or move throughout your day without extreme self judgment and regret. It's all ego at the end of the day!

In this episode we discuss being around people who use, the processes that go on within our minds, and how that affects our serenity. The disconnection from self we feel when we disassociate from our feelings. We talk about jealousy, particularly how we can sometimes seem to get jealousy over people using, or even their unconsciousness - which is it's own mind****.
