Irish singer-songwriter Nell Mescal grew up in a creative household, inheriting her love of music from her parents. She began writing songs at 12. Now 21, she has toured the UK, supported music giants like HAIM and Florence + The Machine and has just released her debut EP Can I Miss It For A Minute.

Harley Sylvester is the other half of hip-pop duo Rizzle Kicks. He grew up in Brighton and went to BRIT school where he studied theatre. He and Jordan began making music together and became an overnight sensation. Their debut album Stereo Typical was released in 2011 and a year later they had sold over 1 million singles. They called time on Rizzle Kicks in 2014 and now for the first time in 10 years, Jordan and Harley sit down for a nostalgia-packed conversation.

Roman Kemp is one of the UK’s favourite radio and TV presenters. He hosted the Capital breakfast show for the last seven years, hanging up his headphones in March and is a regular on The One Show and Celebrity Gogglebox. Fleur East was raised in East London. At 16 she formed a girl group called Addictiv Ladies with some school friends and they entered the X Factor. In 2014, Fleur auditioned again and this time she went all the way, finishing second in the competition. Alongside her music, Fleur presents Strictly: It Takes Two with Janette Manrara and co-hosts the breakfast show on Hits Radio.

James Bay is an award-winning singer songwriter who started out busking in Brighton before he got signed. He was spotted by a label when footage of him performing at an open mic night surfaced on Youtube and they offered him a deal. His debut album ‘Chaos and Calm’ went double platinum and earned him three Grammy nominations. James has won two BRIT awards, Critic's Choice in 2015 and Best Male Solo Artist in 2016. His new single ‘Goodbye Never Felt So Bad’ is out now.
Jordan and James really hit it off and this episode is a vibe. James talks about getting discovered, playing guitar for Justin Bieber at the BRITs and where those signature hats came from.
