We hear from Governor Martin O'Malley, as he gives his last State of the State address.

We get reactions to the speech from former Governor Paris Glendenning, Senators Nancy Jacobs & Richard Madaleno, Delegate & Candidate for Governor Ron George, House Minority Leader Nic Kipke, Anne Arundel County Executive Laura Neuman, and Delegate Michael Smigiel. 

We have an extended interview with Delegate Smigiel, where he also talks about a dog-bite bill he is proposing. We cover the hearing for that bill and a competing one.

Then Delegate Smigiel talks about 2nd Amendment issues coming up in the legislature, and a rally scheduled for February 4th to promote gun rights.

We wrap-up by going over some of the many bills being considered in the House & Senate next week.

While I originally planned to broadcast live from Hogan For Governor HQ, #Snowmageddon has prevented me from doing so, so we will certainly touch on the weather conditions. Regardless of the snow, that won't hamper us having a fantastic show tonight!
