Hi, I’m Stephen, also known as “The UK Carnivore.”
I’ve been following a carnivore diet for 6 years, starting on my 55th birthday, after transitioning from a low-carb and ketogenic lifestyle. My health journey before discovering low-carb was marked by challenges: prediabetes, chronic pain, a high CAC score of 639, lower left quadrant pain, skin issues, and worsening hearing. Since embracing the carnivore lifestyle, I’ve experienced remarkable improvements in my health, including:
• Reversal of prediabetes.
• Elimination of pain, including lower back pain and digestive issues.
• Significant improvements in hearing and eyesight.
• Completely resolved skin conditions, such as athlete’s foot (after 30 years) and forehead rashes.
