This week Raelyn (pronounced Ray--lin) stops by to talk to us about her experiences as a female horse trainer with 15 years experience in the business. A single mother of a special needs child with Spina Bifida, Raelyn gives us a crash course on the different breeds of horses, and the challenges associated when she considers dating again after a decade of marriage ending in divorce. Ray was not exactly sure what type of man she is looking for or if she is even looking at all, but she for sure knows the kind of guy she is definitely not interested in. In this episode we are joined by R.C. (short for Rhea Claire) who is a professional livestock reproduction specialist and fellow Red Raider, for a hot sauce review. We review all types of hot sauce, from the cheapest on the shelf to a Satan's Blood capsaicin extract with a Scoville rating of 800,000. What sauces will we find taste the best or are the hottest? We even mix a couple to find a new flavor profile.  

Good news!!! We ordered new recording equipment, so the sound on the next episodes will improve. Unfortunately, the Amazon guy didn't even knock on the door when he dropped off the package today so we had no idea that our new recording equipment was sitting on the front porch while we were recording.
