I am thrilled to share this episode with you for so many reasons. Lisa Moffat is a quiet, gentle, and determined Mama, who wanted to heal her relationship with food and her body. Decades of dieting and bingeing, checking out of life, in front of the tv, ruined her spirit and her sparkle. I had the honour of guiding, coaching, and watching her evolve into a woman and mother who allows herself to truly feel her emotions. She was a dream to work with, because she chose to show up week after week, month after month. Other women in the coaching group were in awe and celebrated her. She was open, vulnerable, and desiring a different path, for herself, and her children. Lisa shares how to break free of the cycle of dieting and overeating. YOU don't wanna miss this one!
About Lisa Moffat:
Lisa is a woman with desire, vulnerability, and so much strength. She has been struggling with her weight, worth, and her body since she was 10 years old. She let go of her interests, hobbies, and parts of life she enjoyed because of physical ailments related to dieting, and depression. Sunday nights were the reset for her, the opportunity to start it all over again on MONDAY. Years of this cycle continued until she got married and her children were born. Looking back, Lisa shares that her postpartum depression was a turning point in her life and her desire for something more. Lisa is no longer held captive to the 3 digit number on a scale, that used to guide her every day, and her worth. Lisa is now living a life of feeling all the feels, and realizes that her battle with food and her body, has nothing to do with food.
In this episode, Lisa shares:
- Three ways to stop the diet binge cycle NOW
