Matt Purbrick is co-author of the special recipe-and-guide books ‘Grown & Gathered’ and ‘The Village’.

Megan Blair is a member of the Transition Street Geelong movement, reader and user of Matt’s and Lentil’s two beautiful recipe books, mum to four children, and also co-owner of the blog Our Life Our Way.

“It’s time to get on with the living part, right? Sitting around the table and enjoying that cup of tea. It is about stopping. It is about taking the money value off time. It is about actually realising that creating idle spaces is one of the most important things we can do. We need to take these times, we need to have these experiences – and we need to make these shifts. It’s time now to do that next bit of work that actually starts to really shift things,” says Matt Purbrick in the podcast.
