Episode 22 – The Forgotten Episode

This week, we’re sharing a special episode that was recorded back in June—so some of the topics might feel a bit outdated!

In this Lost (and now found) episode, we dive into the issue of environmental irresponsibility and littering in Saint Lucia, stressing the importance of both personal and community responsibility in protecting the island’s natural beauty. We also open up about our own battles with procrastination and balancing work and life, while reflecting on how we celebrate Caribbean culture and heritage. This conversation reminds us of the need for action on environmental issues, the importance of self-care, and the courage it takes to truly embrace our cultural identity.
