Introducing the amazing Miroslav - embodied teacher, speaker and facilitator, TEDX presenter and lovely human! Cindra saw Miroslav speak at the Enlightenment In The Bedroom event here in Newcastle and was so blown away, asked him straight away to come onto the show.

We dive straight in, talking about vulnerability and how peeling back the layers of who you are can be equally terrifying and REALLY hot. Miroslav opens up about his childhood and how he worked through his stuff to be where he is today.

He talks about the four quadrants of intimacy and how you can mix it up in the bedroom (and no, we are not just talking about wearing sexy lingerie or trying a new sex position). This stuff blew our minds and we personally cannot wait to bring this into our sex life!

OMG we have the juiciest episode for you! Talking all things sex clubs, swinging, non-monogamy and specifically, two incredible venues in Sydney, Australia called Our Secret Spot, with the founders, Jess and Lawrence!

We visited Our Secret Spot this year and were so inspired and excited by our experience, we were going to do a solo episode on it. But then we thought, let's get straight to the point and chat to the people that created this awesome venue.

Our Secret Spot is a classy sex club, with two locations in inner city Sydney. Our experience, which we talk about on this episode, was a rollercoaster of emotions! We ended up having the best night, it really fuelled our relationship (and sex life) big time, which is why we are so passionate about sharing this.

Jess and Lawrence share their experiences in a non-monogamous relationship, how they came to run OSS, what customers experience when coming there (get what I did there) and so much more about kinks, dating in an open relationship and all about the different events and sexualities OSS caters for.
