2. Alternatives - similar offers, or simply do nothing
3. Powerful buyers - pre-purchase research and info on demand gives buyers the upper hand
4. Powerful suppliers - Google, social media can easily disrupt the flow of your business by shutting you down
5. Market entry challenges - dominant faces of your industry are very good at erecting invisible barriers that make it tough to enter
