In this episode, we interview MaryAnne Gillespie, CEO of Red Apple Coaching. At 23 Mary-Anne was one of the youngest VP's of Business Development for a large firm and recognized by the Ottawa Citizen as a "young businesswoman to watch". Mary-Anne left that career and opened her own real estate business, ranking as a top agent creating her own systems for success.
She is known for her ability to bring a record-breaking number of businesses to #1 in their fields through her skills, drive, accountability, and passion. Currently, her company works with over 350 business owners experiencing average profits of $2million and 50% annual growth rates.
Having been published over 7 times in Forbes, she was exclusively invited to be on Forbes Coaches Network and now speaks to groups of over 17,000 about building lives worth living and businesses worth owning.
In her free time when she's not studying Neurosciences, she runs Marathons, surfs the world, spear fishes and rescues puppy mill dogs and recently finished her first Ironman.
A big part of being successful is also GIVING BACK. MaryAnne is passionate about giving back to rescue pups! If you're looking to give back this year, we suggest donating to your local animal shelter.
In this interview, we chat with MaryAnne about how she got to where she is now, her biggest failure, what she would tell her younger self, what characteristics make a successful female leader, her personal mantra, her number one piece of advice, finding a balance between work and having a life, her greatest accomplishments and the best advice she can give all of us.
