My own father was diagnosed with Parkinsons last year, and after seeing him suffer so much from this nasty condition, I was motivated to find a cure.
I had the pleasure of meeting a renegade doctor called Dr Dave Jenkins at a biohacking event he was running in Chiang Mai, Thailand a couple of years ago. We got in touch again and he let me know about the Bredesen Protocol. \
A recent study has yielded unprecedented results for 19 patients with Alzheimers that was led by Dr Dale Bredesen who believes that a treatment plan involving lifestyle changes rather than medication is the solution to the number 3 killer in the West, Alzheimers.
When I discovered this protocol I realized how similar this is to my own method I used to heal myself from ulcerative colitis, however the Bredesen protocol which is aimed at people who already have Alzheimers can cost up to $20K per person, whereas my method is a fraction of the cost and can be accessed by anyone 24 hrs a day wherever you are in the world! I have witnessed people suffering from degenerative brain disease like Alzheimers and it is one of the most painful and upsetting things to happen to anyone. So I am very committed to help as many people tackle this issue or prevent it from happening at an early age. Brain stimulation using brainwave technology, meditation and breathwork are key components of the Bredesen Protocol and are powerful ways to help reduce the stress on your brain that only takes a few minutes a day to do. My brand new Brain Stimulation System powered by Trypnaural brainwave technology gives you an easy way to exercise your brain by simply sitting back, relaxing and letting the music massage your mind.Gut health as a topic is a big passion of mine after I suffered from a chronic autoimmune condition called ulcerative colitis. Millions of people suffer worldwide with debilitating conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable gut syndrome leaky gut, constipation, crohns and ulcerative colitis. I was housebound for over 10 months and suffered from many side effects from the medications that stopped working. This is a problem shared by many others who I am committed to help.
After facing surgery for having my colon removed, I decided to go against the conventional medical treatment and find a cure. In a few short months I was healed after discovering the power of Ayurveda, nutrition, meditation, breathwork and stress management techniques.
I was very inspired to interview the guest on this episode of The Renegade Podcast, my dear friend, Dr Judy Gianni, a Renegade naturopath. She has been using similar techniques for many years in her practice based in Arizona. She also has a lot of experience a dealing with digestive disorders of the gut, and has a great understanding of the different methods out there, and what works for some people, may not work at all for others, and may even be harmful.
So you will hear a discussion between two Renegade's based on our collective wealth of knowledge and experience on what it really takes to have a healthy and happy gut :)
This first podcast is based on my recent time spent with Wim Hof, the real life superhuman, at his retreat in Holland where I stayed nearly a week with him, studying his techniques, the science behind them, and also more importantly from the feeling I received after doing them intensely in his company. We also delved deep into the language of the soul and co-created music, discussed art and scriptures. I got to know Wim on a much deeper level and discovered more about Wim Hof as a person, and his personal mission to help people have more love, strength and happiness.
