Bill and Kristi Gaultiere know from first-hand experience how ministry can take a toll on your life. They both realized this while serving the local church in a season of intense activity. However, they soon discovered something on the inside was wrong. The joy and fulfillment of ministry had diminished amid the fast-paced life of leading in today's culture.
On this edition of the 95Podcast, you will hear the heart of their ministry to leaders through Soul Shepherding and the Sabbatical Guide. They want you to find a weekly rhythm to your life and ministry that brings comfort and peace each day.

Is it time to acknowledge that our traditional way of providing discipleship, in most cases, is not providing clear results? When it comes to your discipleship process, do you have a clearly defined goal you are shooting for that would allow you to evaluate your effectiveness? If the answer to these questions is no, you will enjoy today's 95Podcast with Spiritual Formation Pastor Matt Adair.
Dale and Matt discuss practical ways you can use to determine your discipleship effectiveness. For Matt, one of the key outcomes of effective discipleship is to love your enemies. Today's podcast is filled with great wisdom and guidance for anyone looking to create transformational discipleship throughout their ministry.

Dan stated, "After my divorce, I didn’t know if I would ever be married again. I had a lot of pain and confusion. But deep in my heart, I wanted someone whom I could love and who would love me back. A person whom I could share my life with me. Even though I was married before, I had missed some of this. However, my dating life didn’t indicate I would be married again."
In today's 95Podcast, Dan Houk shares that in his experience, most people in Christian circles are open to a loving, committed marriage. It’s just that they are sometimes still hurting, feel unprepared, feel awkward about looking around, or have lost hope because of their circumstances. This is an "eye-opening" conversation designed to help all church leaders see a valuable segment of society that is right before our eyes.

Jim Powell is a man on a mission! He recently reached out to Dale to share how he has personally benefitted from using A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) in his ministry leadership. Jim's passion for serving pastors and leaders, specifically in small churches, is what led him to create 95Network many years ago. He personally understands the stress and struggles of the many responsibilities placed upon church leaders.
Today's podcast is a great conversation about how using A.I. can create much needed margin in the life of a leader. While there are certainly areas of caution to consider, Jim hopes that each of us will not miss the opportunity using it to lift our weekly work loads.
