One of my top moments was winning the award 'Inspirational Person Of the Year - what a surreal moment, it was like watching someone else's life. 

I used to look at other successful people and think, "how are they doing that, how are they successful?"

And what we are now starting to think about is what we are going to create this year.

We have a great question from Rianna about what to do if you don't want to take on a landlords property and manage it.

Here’s Rianna question...

“What happens if you get a call from a landlord after you’ve sent out your letters.
 They give you a call and you go through the costs of the property and all the bills and you find out that at the end the deal is actually not profitable for you.

"How do you go about saying this deal’s not profitable for me?  Or do you tell them at all?

"And I understand this can be irradiated if you know the details about the property beforehand do the calculations and the summary and find out it’s not profitable, therefore you don’t have to have that awkward conversation with the landlord.
If this happens, what do you do?”


I think many of us wonder what to do in situations like this and perhaps over-think and over-analyse.  I’m going to give you some examples of what we’ve said to landlords where we don’t want to take on their properties.

We personally haven’t used Facebook ads to generate landlord leads. 

But we know some people have had success with Facebook ads so it can be worth doing.
