Kingdom expansion cannot happen unless it first happens within. Your dominion grows as it grows in you; the privilege comes with every step of renewing the mind. You have to let God renew your mind and break up the ground in your life to get ready for His seed. 

The reality is that anyone can come into the Kingdom, but not everyone will reap all of the benefits because the system works by faith; you must accept new ways, God’s way, and reject the old ones. When you receive a dominion you are getting prepared for your future. In Privileged Part Two Pastor Mike Darnell teaches us how we receive dominion. There are two ways,

impartation and discipleship, with discipleship being the greatest and most common of the two. You must be taught and trained to receive your dominion. You need a specific type of environment to learn in and a specific education as well. Why? Did you know you are Privileged?
