Desires are not proof of truth. People are often misled by their desires because desires tend to manifest from jealousy and covetousness. Seeking what is pleasing to our five senses or our carnal nature leads to adultery. As we will unfold in this installment of the series, adultery is more intricate than we naturally think. We must be aware of what we choose as our source of information because the enemy is strategic and tactical in the way that he entices mankind. In turn, we must intentionally learn the truth, understand it, and commit to completely assimilating into the Kingdom of God so we can fulfill the Kingdom mandate. We only desire what we are trained to and to change our desires we need new information. Getting a Kingdom education is the only way to change our desires.

Everything is driven by desire. We live in a world that is driven by our carnal nature and the preferences of mankind. We have been programmed to desire certain things and our desires are reflected in our words and actions. In Dealing with Desire part two, we went on a journey to understand where desires come from and how we must approach reprogramming our minds back to the Kingdom to ensure our desires align with the King’s desires. God desires for us to have the Kingdom. As Kingdom citizens, we must seek and understand the desires of God so that we can ditch the narrative created by our cultural upbringing and get back to God’s original design.

If you look at the world, desires are running things. Most people don’t know what to do with their desires and are ruled by their desires, good or bad. Desires shape and build reality. They even illustrate our intention. Desires relate to everything even the release of the presence of God. The activity of your desire can create a framework through which God can flow.  Desire is the blueprint and having the mind, intentions, and desires of God we create the right vessel. How things manifest in our lives and how they arrive are based on design and it all starts with desire. We must learn to seek the Kingdom of God and allow God to satisfy our desires. In High Stakes Part Six, the series finale, we learned about seizing opportunities, divine encounters, and divine appointments. We must learn to adjust and adapt when there is conflict and opposition in life because conflict is required for the next level. Proper Kingdom training prepares you for that. God has put protocols in place to set our expectations and to prepare us to rule with Him. Protocols are the prerequisite to God Unleashing His power and God is waiting for us to put certain things in place before He can move.

Protocol is for preparation and it’s how you can either seize big opportunities or cause offenses and close doors. In High Stakes part 5 we talked about the secret power of gift-giving, which is one of the most powerful weapons of influence. Gifts speak long after they are given. That’s why we have to learn the art of strategic gift giving to build relationships and to build a good reputation. We must learn to be skillful and diplomatic in every exchange understanding the significance of gift-giving in the Kingdom of God. The basis of protocol is to form a path to allow effective communication between two different cultures to accomplish a specific goal. God’s goal is to establish His Kingdom on the Earth, so He requires highly skilled Kingdom citizens known as disciples to follow protocol so that the Kingdom of Heaven can be settled, developed, and demonstrated all throughout the Earth.   Part of protocol is the Power of Place. Where you do things is an important part of protocol. It’s critical to the influence because if you do the right thing in the wrong place, it changes how it’s received. Places have a purpose as they help to prepare the mind for what’s about to happen. The place tells the intention of the meeting, so as disciples on diplomatic assignments, we have to properly prepare by elevating our kingdom cultural IQ so that we can use the power of place effectively as diplomats preparing the way for the King and His Kingdom to inhabit the Earth.

Everything you need is hanging in the balance of knowing the protocol. Why? Because protocol prepares people to receive things correctly. What you honor comes to you. What you dishonor moves away from you. Whatever you are educated on, you recognize. You can only recognize what you’re taught to recognize. It is imperative to increase your Kingdom IQ because the educational protocol determines how much you receive. If you cannot recognize the Kingdom, it prevents you from receiving it. Knowing how the Kingdom of God functions teaches you how to properly prepare for the King.

The greatest issue in the world is “never becoming,” who God destined us to be. We must become a government agency. Jesus did not bring religion to the Earth, He brought a government. We are here to make a governmental presence known.  That starts with seeking first the Kingdom of God. Whatever you are focused intently and intimately on- you are becoming. The church is an educational establishment to help people become. If we don’t teach people the right thing they never become the right thing.
