Sam Thomas suffered from bulimia in his teens and later became a prominent campaigner to raise awareness of male eating disorders. These days he is in recovery from alcohol dependency and undergoing trauma therapy. His is a really interesting about how traumatic events can cause all sorts of mental illness in later life. Sam has had numerous challenges in his life and faced them all down one by one - inspiring stuff.
