- Shira OD's in the OR during Kyle's surgery, and gets arrested for drug possession and dealing. Is what happened when Shira collapsed causing issues for Kyle in recovery?

- Are Jessie's heart issues causing issues for her in recovery, since it almost stopped during her transplant?

- Mina has good instincts to have had her removed from Micah's surgery, sadly Kyle suffers because Shira is on drugs.

- Micah has a new girlfriend. How does Mina handle this? AJ did the right thing by removing her from his surgery. It seems like this is the last we will see of Micah.

- A mysterious patient comes into Chastain who Devon and Kit fight with Bell to get treatment for.

- Kit tells Bell she's back with her ex. Is this the end for Jane Leeves?

- Bell tries to sell Chastain to a conglomerate. Our question is, did he sign on the dotted line? What will this do to the show going forward? If not, where's the money coming from?
