Both Jacki and Lyle discuss the importance of university, not just in terms of academia but also the life skills it teaches you along the way. Jacki outlines the differences, both good and bad, that she has seen between university graduates and those straight out of school, and Lyle uses a typically stretched analogy when comparing business experience to what type of car you learn to drive in! Finally, Jacki teases an incredible story about her being the youngest person ever to hold a bank account at her local branch, and how it led to an involvement in an episode of Crimewatch!
