Dina-Perla is also a published author, with one of her books having been produced as a film previously. In a wide-ranging and insightful conversation, Dina-Perla talks to the team about her own career so far - how she started out in the banking world and on Dutch Radio, before becoming a freelance journalist in the fields of TV, radio, writing and translation. She discusses how the 2008/9 recession led her to working in the IT, tech and financial recruitment sector, before she jumped into the agency world working with both the champions of tomorrow and large enterprises. Along the way, Dina-Perla also tells Jacki and Lyle about how she came to create The Integrity Talks - a platform built on winning business with integrity and allowing professionals to share their thoughts on what integrity means - and her plans for the future, including an exciting talk at BPC Europe 2023.
