What if you didn’t need to start over—you just needed a reset?
Download The Reset Journal here As we move into a new season, I’m bringing back a conversation I originally shared in September 2025, before The Return with Glory had its name.
Listening to it now, I can hear so much of what would eventually become the heart of this work: the invitation to pause instead of push, notice what your body is telling you, release what no longer feels aligned, and remember that you always have permission to choose again.
Because a reset isn’t about erasing everything that came before or starting from scratch.
It’s about creating enough space to notice where you are now.
In this episode, we explore what it means to reset in the middle of uncertainty, how to recognize when you’re operating on autopilot, and why slowing down can be an act of self-trust rather than a sign that you’re falling behind.
I also guide you through a simple grounding practice you can return to whenever your nervous system feels overwhelmed, your energy feels scattered, or you realize you’ve been moving through your days without really checking in with yourself.
In this episode, we explore:
Your invitation: The Reset Journal
If this conversation meets you in a season where you’re craving more space, clarity, or connection with yourself, I created The Reset Journal to help you take this practice deeper.
It’s a free guided reflection designed to help you pause before deciding what comes next—to notice what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with what feels true for you, and move into your next season with greater intention.

You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You don’t have to wait until life calms down.
And you don’t have to become someone new.

The Return 5-Day Reset
A short guided practice for coming back to yourself — releasing what you're carrying and reconnecting with your body and nervous system.
What if you didn't need to become more, do more, or figure everything out?
What if, for a few moments, you could simply come back to yourself?
I'm beginning this new chapter of the podcast a little differently, not by telling you what The Return is, but by inviting you to experience it. This is a short guided practice for coming back into your body and your nervous system.
This guided practice was originally created as part of Regulate to Rise, and as my own work continued to evolve, I realized that The Return was becoming something much bigger. It's an invitation to release what we've been carrying, reconnect with our bodies and inner wisdom, and remember the power that's already within us.
So wherever you are as you listen, give yourself permission to pause. You don't need to get anywhere or accomplish anything here.
Just return.
Your Presence Is Power.

You don't need more time. You need more awareness. In this replay episode, Glory explores why your relationship with time is really a reflection of your nervous system, your capacity, and your honesty with yourself.
As part of the inner work of leadership series, this conversation reframes time management entirely: the real leak isn't on your calendar, it's in the habits, thought loops, and emotional patterns running underneath it.
As I continue preparing for the next chapter of this podcast, I'm revisiting a few conversations that still shape everything I teach today, and this one remains one of the clearest reframes I've ever shared on time and energy.
If you've tried every planner, app, and color-coded calendar and still end the day feeling behind, this episode will help you understand why, and what actually creates freedom instead.
In this episode, you'll discover:
One of the core reminders from this conversation:
"Freedom isn't in your schedule. It's in your state of being."
If you've been telling yourself you don't have time, when what you actually don't have is energy left for what matters, this episode is an invitation to get honest about where your energy is really going.

The Return 5-Day Reset
Your strategy doesn't matter if you're not doing the inner work. In this replay episode, Glory Lichon explores why alignment, not another system or plan, is the real foundation of sustainable business growth.
As I continue preparing for the next chapter of this podcast, I'm revisiting a few conversations that still shape everything I teach today. This episode is part of an inner work of leadership series, and it remains one of the clearest explanations of why strategy alone can't hold a business together.
If you've been doing all the right things, the right offers, the right systems, the right content, and still feel like something is off, this episode is for you. Because it's not that you're doing it wrong. It's that you're disconnected from the inner foundation that makes it all work.

One of the core reminders from this conversation:
"Strategy can't fix misalignment, but alignment can fix any strategy."
If you're feeling like you need another strategy, another offer, another system, this episode is an invitation to pause first and ask a different question: am I building from alignment, or from survival?

The Return 5-Day Reset
Regulated leadership starts from within, not from another strategy. This replay episode explores why nervous system regulation is the inner system that shapes your success as a leader.
As I prepare for the next chapter of this podcast, I'm revisiting a few conversations that continue to shape the heart of my work.
Although my message has evolved, this conversation remains one of the foundations of everything I teach today: sustainable leadership begins within.
If you're navigating growth, leading a team, building a business, or simply carrying a lot in this season of life, I hope this episode reminds you that your greatest leadership asset isn't another strategy. It's your capacity to lead yourself.
In this episode, you'll discover:
One of my favorite reminders from this conversation:
"The system within you will always determine the systems you build around you."
If you've been feeling reactive, overwhelmed, or like success has started to feel heavier than it should, this episode is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember that lasting growth begins from within.
Thank you for being here. I can't wait to share what's coming next.

In this episode, Glory Lichon leads a short, guided somatic practice designed to help you release the identities, roles, and pressure you've been carrying long after they've stopped serving you.
This isn't a traditional meditation. It's a body-based practice rooted in nervous system regulation and somatic awareness, built for women who lead with both strategy and presence. You'll be guided through grounding, a body scan, and a tension-and-release exercise that helps your body process what your mind has been circling.
This episode reflects the deeper work behind Glory's leadership philosophy: bridging external strategy with the inner work of embodied leadership, including nervous system regulation and somatic awareness.

Remember
You do not need to become someone new.
You are remembering who you already are.
The Return 5-Day Reset
Welcome to Day 2 of The Return: A 5-Day Mid-Year Reset.
Yesterday, we paused and noticed where we are.
Today, we're exploring a question many women rarely stop to ask:
What am I carrying?
Over time, responsibilities, expectations, emotional labor, pressure, and obligations can become so familiar that we stop noticing their weight.
We become accustomed to carrying everything.
Holding everything together.
Meeting expectations.
Managing responsibilities.
And somewhere along the way, we stop asking:
Is this mine to carry?
In today's guided reflection, we'll explore what you've been carrying, what may no longer belong to you, and how awareness creates the possibility for release.
Because before we can return to ourselves, we often need to acknowledge what we've been carrying.
In This Episode
• The hidden weight many women leaders carry
• Why awareness is the first step toward release
• Exploring expectations, obligations, and emotional labor
• A simple reflection practice to help you carry things differently
• Creating greater freedom, capacity, and self-trust
Journal Prompt
What am I carrying out of obligation rather than alignment?
