RICH CELENZA discusses why people need to learn that being consistent is the key to success. People need to know for people to get into great shape and stay in great shape that it is going to take a lot of time and effort.

When people first starting working out they start to see a lot of improvements but as time goes on things start to level off. That is when people start to get bored or quit. Realize that working out is a long term game and learn that a healthy mind and body is the key to life!!!

RICH CELENZA and JOEY PENSANTE are life long friends who have lived in Orlando Florida for well over 30 years. Rich sits down with Joey to discuss what people really need to understand when moving to Orlando (Central Florida. )

Joey has been in the real estate / mortgage business now going on 20 years and gives you his insight on where he thinks the market is going. Rich also gets into what he believes the strengths and weakness are when deciding where the best places to live when moving to Florida.

RICH CELENZA talks about his past and how people were confused regarding what his true identity was. A lot of people sometimes want to experience different things in their lives but are not willing to make changes regarding their views or behavior.

A lot of people value their identity which is a good thing, but they also need to learn that if they learn to be more openminded and except changes regarding themselves and others, then their life is going to take on an entirely different adventure.

RICH  CELENZA talks about what he calls reverse anorexism!!! When a lot of people talk about eating disorders, they mainly talk about people being anorexic and starving themselves to get as thin as possible.

Rich grew up very thin and thinks he has what we would be opposite of that, which is someone who is extremely thin who becomes insecure and wants to get as big as possible. Rich believes a lot of people who are obsessed with getting bigger and stronger have this mind set.

RICH CELENZA talks about what he teaches in his program MASTERING SELF CONFIDENCE regarding dating! Rich believes that you do not need to spend tons of money going on dates (restaurants and events) when looking to find the right woman.

Men need to learn that it takes time to find the right woman and their best bet when first meeting a woman (or women) is becoming just friends with them. Men need to just learn to hang out with women in social settings and in time they will learn more about who they are.

RICH CELENZA sits down and talks to his daughter DEMI CELENZA regarding her dealing with having Type 1 Diabetes. Rich and Demi talk about when they first discovered Demi had Type1 Diabetes and how Demi handled it so well.

Rich also talks about how upset he was when finding out that his daughter (along with other family members) was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.

RICH CELENZA & RIA LOEKS talk about how when Rich & Ria were younger they had different identities because of where they lived and grew up. Rich was bouncing between Florida and Chicago for most of his life and Ria was a Navy Brat growing up so she lived in multiple places all over the US.

Both discuss how different their lives were and how sometimes people would get confused regarding who they were or where they were from.

RICH CELENZA discusses how investing in new clothing can be a bad investment. People don't realize how much money they waste every year buying new clothing that just sits dormant in their closet.

People need to realize after buying new clothing that the value drastically decreases. People need to learn how to shop for sales or learn to shop in resale or consignment stores. Instead of spending all this money on new clothes, invest it in something that increases in value instead of decreasing.

RICH CELENZA discusses his past and what he learned over the last 20 years of making independent films, writing books and others creative endeavors he has gone after.

RICH CELENZA sits down with one of his dearest and oldest friends (The Legend) Joey Pensante. Rich and Joey have been hanging out together now for over 30 years. Mutual friends of Rich and Joey introduced them to one another because they though the the two of them would hit it off because Rich was from Chicago and Joey was from Brooklyn.

Rich gets into their past and how a lot of people thought that Joey was the one who always got them into mischief but it was actually Rich who was the one  doing it all along.
