RICH CELENZA & RIA LOEKS discuss how people need to to start acknowledging that they may not need to depend on doctors or medicine as much as they do, if they learn how to live a healthier lifestyle. 

Too many people are over eating and neglecting their health which includes over eating, smoking and drinking and not getting the proper amount of sleep or too much sleep. Instead of learning how to help your body you may be destroying it.

RICH CELENZA believes a lot of religions teaches children to live in fear instead of empowerment!!!

Rich discusses his beliefs when it comes to sinning (religion) and how in this day and age it can be very confusing and outdated. A lot of times children are programmed to follow the 10 commandments or any religious laws but there’s a lot of things the church seems to not discuss, like rape, toucher, molestation, prostitution and many others things. Why is that?

RICH CELENZA talks about helping people throughout your life can be one of the rewarding experiences of your life, but a lot of times people start to only focus on what other needs are, when in turn it is slowly but surely is neglecting them from their own.  

People need to need top learn how to first help themselves before they take on the responsibility of helping others.

RICH CELENZA discusses that if you love something then it may be time to stop sitting on the sidelines and being looked at as just a fan. It may be time to stop looking at the people you look up to and start looking at yourself as an equal.

Rich also talks about what he has learned over the year’s regarding how people need to build up the confidence needed to become part of something they love instead of being intimidated or afraid of going after it!

RICH CELENZA talks about what he teaches in his Mastering Self Confidence program regarding helping men when trying to meet women. A lot of men when in relationships they are very comfortable when taking to a women, but when they are single they seem become much more nervous and insecure.

Men need to learn that when first talking or meeting a woman to be confident and learn to first build a friendship with them and not feel so intimidated.

RICH CELENZA talks about a subject he goes over in his Mastering Self Confidence Program. People a lot of times think they are in love, but they are actually under a “SPELL”!! A lot of Men and women a lot of times may be in love but not realize a lot of times whoever the are with are actually taking advantage of them.

People need to realize that they should never sell themselves short, and if they don’t receive the same amount of respect or love they are offering it may be time to move on.

RICH CELENZA talks about what he believes when it comes to accomplishing Goals. Rich is tired of a lot of people's bullshit advice when it comes to accomplishing goals. The truth is most people who follow other people's advice regarding goals, usually leads to them giving up or quitting before accomplishing them. 

People need to realize when going after their goals life is constantly changing around them and if they plan on accomplish their their goals they are going to need to learn how to adapt!

RICH CELENZA wants people to take a hard look at the way they were programmed from a child all the way up to adulthood. Like most most people most of our beliefs come from our upbringing and that's where we learn our values.

But a lot of us also take on a lot baggage and nonsense that was also taught to us, and we need to figure out how to break out of that mind-set. The old ways of thinking and doing things may be actually the one thing holding you back.

RICH CELENZA wants people (especially men) to stop acting like pussies when it comes to expressing their opinions. Stop complaining and stop believing everyone else’s bullshit! If you close you eyes and cancel out all the negativity on the news and social media, I think you may start to see these are actually the good times.

It seems like people on a whole are doing better now than ever. That goes for working and having a better quality of life in general.
