With the midterms just days away, Rich Zeoli breaks down the final stretch of the 2026 campaign. Even MSNBC's Katy Tur now doubts the Texas polls.
Rich plays his favorite ad of the cycle, "Troy Jackson Is Weird," from the Maine Senate race against Susan Collins. He also explains why he thinks the Vivek Ramaswamy ad in Ohio could backfire. Elizabeth Warren bristles when CNN's Kaitlan Collins asks about Michael Bloomberg's $80 million for Democrats and the billionaire donations to Troy Jackson's campaign. AOC campaigns in Maine and lines up her path to 2028.
In Texas, James Talarico gets a softball interview on MSNBC and closes with an attack on billionaires that sounds a lot like Bernie Sanders. Rich draws on his years running campaigns to argue that Talarico's last pitch shows he knows he's losing and is setting himself up for 2028. He also looks at Abdul El-Sayed's race in Michigan and what early voting really tells us, since Republicans still turn out on Election Day.
Plus:
Senator Dave McCormick of Pennsylvania joins Rich to talk about the midterm closing argument, energy and gas prices, cutting red tape for small businesses, why Medicare for All would hurt hospitals, and when drivers might get relief at the pump as oil moves through the Strait of Hormuz again.

A polling firm just admitted its surveys were fake. Two weeks before Election Day, Wedgwood Polling called its made-up numbers a "social experiment." By then they had already fooled the New York Times, Axios and Nate Silver. RealClearPolitics didn't fall for it.
If one firm could make up a poll and get the political press to report it, how many other polls are getting the same free pass? Rich explains how fake numbers end up in the news and why polls miss more often than pollsters admit. He also covers why the "blue tsunami" story for the 2026 midterms may be built on bad data. Fake polls have one goal: convincing you your vote doesn't matter so you stay home. Don't.
Then: woke is coming back. Like Jason Voorhees, it was never really dead. The WNBA runs off the court during the national anthem and kicks Enes Kanter Freedom out of a game. The press won't let go of Shane Gillis's SNL monologue joke and grills Michael Che about it on the Today Show. And in Bucks County, a Halloween display of bodies in black bags has the NAACP demanding changes, while NPR wonders whether your skeleton decoration is problematic. Rich explains why the outrage is never really about the decoration, and why a Democratic win on Election Day could mean "Woke 3.0."
Also on today's show: the feds' fight with California over 20,000 ballots allegedly issued to non-citizens, the voter ID clash between Abdul El-Sayed and Mike Rogers in Michigan, a $6 million sham-marriage citizenship scheme, Ilhan Omar's answer to Chris Hayes, federal charges in the killing of Philadelphia Sgt. Shane Sieber, the RICO indictment of Virginia Senate President Pro Tempore Louise Lucas, and New Jersey's non-citizen voter roll subpoena.

Justice comes for the brother lover and the woke DA. Ilhan Omar, Larry Krasner, and Gavin Newsom are all under investigation — and the left's response is the same as always: play the victim and pass the hat.
Every weekday at 3pm ET, Rich Zeoli brings a daily dose of sanity to a news cycle built on panic. Long-time political advisor, analyst, and Fox News panelist, Rich has spent his career around the people making these decisions. Now he tells you what they're actually up to — and why the Constitution is not a suggestion.
On today's show: Rich walks through the Omar, Krasner, and Newsom investigations — the DNA evidence the feds reportedly have, the winery at the center of the fraud allegations, and why Omar's first move was a fundraising plea. Then Nick Shirley's fraud exposé gets a presidential signature, Lawrence O'Donnell says something strange about Trump, and Kara Swisher floats Elon Musk in jail. Plus the reporting that federal officials are advising states on Trump's midterm "interference," USAID as a front for CIA meddling, and Trump's own regret about not seizing voting machines. Abdul El-Sayed leans on Islamophobia while making his gun control case, Alyssa Slotkin plays the victim card, and Rich closes on the insignificance of everyone under investigation.

A Philadelphia Police Officer is gunned down by a lunatic who should have been behind bars. The woke, Soros funded District Attorney, Larry Krasner, won't go after violent offenders.
The Chilling Effect: Law enforcement efficacy is declining because citizens no longer report crimes. Neighbors observe a "revolving door" where suspects are released immediately, leading to fears of retaliation against "snitches" with no perceived benefit from police intervention.
Military Justice: The 2009 Fort Hood shooting must be treated as an act of war, not "workplace violence." There is a strong mandate for the execution of Nidal Hassan under military law to provide closure and maintain the integrity of military installations.
Public Accountability: While political figures like J.D. Vance remain skeptical of live-streaming executions, the demand for decisive capital punishment for terrorists remains a core tenet of restoring national deterrents.
The defense of Western civilization and Italian-American heritage against "woke" historical revisionism is the defining cultural battle of the moment. This tension is mirrored in the political sphere, where shifting standards of law enforcement "weaponization" and candidate transparency—specifically regarding Ilhan Omar and James Talarico—are reshaping the 2026 landscape.
Cultural & Historical Commentary
Columbus Day Advocacy: The holiday is a tribute to immigrants who faced systemic discrimination (e.g., "No WAPs needed" signs). Critics who attempt to cancel it ignore the history of Italian-American struggle and the civilizing influence of the West.
The "Indoctrination" Cycle: Contemporary education teaches children to despise the discovery of the West, framing it solely through colonialism and disease rather than the foundation of the greatest civilization known to mankind.
Political Investigations & Candidate Scrutiny
Ilhan Omar HSI Raid: Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) executed a search warrant at Rep. Omar’s home. While she claims political weaponization, the investigation likely focuses on long-standing allegations of immigration and citizenship fraud.
The James Tallarico "Flu" Mystery: The Texas candidate’s 12–15 day disappearance from the campaign trail is highly suspect. Conflicting stories about visiting urgent care versus a primary doctor, combined with unverified reports of a stay at the Lindner Center of Hope, suggest a lack of transparency regarding his fitness for office.
Fetterman vs. Shapiro: John Fetterman is increasingly isolated within his party due to his bipartisan posturing. Governor Josh Shapiro’s refusal to embrace Fetterman is a strategic move to secure the "woke" primary base for a 2028 presidential run.
Strategic Risks & Legislative Governance
The Filibuster Threat: Democrats intend to abolish the filibuster to grant D.C. and Puerto Rico statehood, ensuring a permanent Democratic majority.
Supreme Court Packing: Judicial originalism is under threat by a strategy to expand the Court and install activists who will facilitate the bankruptcy of the oil industry through climate litigation.
New York Hate Speech Laws: A legal tension exists between condemning abhorrent speech (e.g., swastikas) and the dangerous precedent of government-defined "hate speech," which risks infringing on First Amendment protections.
