Is Texas really in play? A new Fox News poll has Ken Paxton and James Talarico tied at 49% in the Texas Senate race, and CNN's Scott Jennings says Texas worries him. Rich Zeoli disagrees: Texas stays red. One week before the 2026 midterms, Rich breaks down the Senate map (Texas, Maine, Alaska, Kansas and North Carolina), why Brian Fitzpatrick's Pennsylvania seat could decide the House, and what's at stake if Democratic Socialists of America candidates win.
Also today: Abdul El-Sayed's "muskets" take on the Second Amendment and his 2012 letter backing Mohamed Morsi. Rich walks through D.C. v. Heller and explains why the Bill of Rights covers modern technology. Plus Hasan Piker and Ilhan Omar calling Republicans "terrorists," the Gavin Newsom hidden-camera video, Angie Nixon dodging the capitalism question, President Trump's trip to Texas, the Iran war and gas prices, new Havana Syndrome reporting, the "blue wave" skepticism piece, Bruce Blakeman's viral ad against Kathy Hochul, and Christmas creep in October.

With the midterms just days away, Rich Zeoli breaks down the final stretch of the 2026 campaign. Even MSNBC's Katy Tur now doubts the Texas polls.
Rich plays his favorite ad of the cycle, "Troy Jackson Is Weird," from the Maine Senate race against Susan Collins. He also explains why he thinks the Vivek Ramaswamy ad in Ohio could backfire. Elizabeth Warren bristles when CNN's Kaitlan Collins asks about Michael Bloomberg's $80 million for Democrats and the billionaire donations to Troy Jackson's campaign. AOC campaigns in Maine and lines up her path to 2028.
In Texas, James Talarico gets a softball interview on MSNBC and closes with an attack on billionaires that sounds a lot like Bernie Sanders. Rich draws on his years running campaigns to argue that Talarico's last pitch shows he knows he's losing and is setting himself up for 2028. He also looks at Abdul El-Sayed's race in Michigan and what early voting really tells us, since Republicans still turn out on Election Day.
Plus:
Senator Dave McCormick of Pennsylvania joins Rich to talk about the midterm closing argument, energy and gas prices, cutting red tape for small businesses, why Medicare for All would hurt hospitals, and when drivers might get relief at the pump as oil moves through the Strait of Hormuz again.

A polling firm just admitted its surveys were fake. Two weeks before Election Day, Wedgwood Polling called its made-up numbers a "social experiment." By then they had already fooled the New York Times, Axios and Nate Silver. RealClearPolitics didn't fall for it.
If one firm could make up a poll and get the political press to report it, how many other polls are getting the same free pass? Rich explains how fake numbers end up in the news and why polls miss more often than pollsters admit. He also covers why the "blue tsunami" story for the 2026 midterms may be built on bad data. Fake polls have one goal: convincing you your vote doesn't matter so you stay home. Don't.
Then: woke is coming back. Like Jason Voorhees, it was never really dead. The WNBA runs off the court during the national anthem and kicks Enes Kanter Freedom out of a game. The press won't let go of Shane Gillis's SNL monologue joke and grills Michael Che about it on the Today Show. And in Bucks County, a Halloween display of bodies in black bags has the NAACP demanding changes, while NPR wonders whether your skeleton decoration is problematic. Rich explains why the outrage is never really about the decoration, and why a Democratic win on Election Day could mean "Woke 3.0."
Also on today's show: the feds' fight with California over 20,000 ballots allegedly issued to non-citizens, the voter ID clash between Abdul El-Sayed and Mike Rogers in Michigan, a $6 million sham-marriage citizenship scheme, Ilhan Omar's answer to Chris Hayes, federal charges in the killing of Philadelphia Sgt. Shane Sieber, the RICO indictment of Virginia Senate President Pro Tempore Louise Lucas, and New Jersey's non-citizen voter roll subpoena.

Justice comes for the brother lover and the woke DA. Ilhan Omar, Larry Krasner, and Gavin Newsom are all under investigation — and the left's response is the same as always: play the victim and pass the hat.
Every weekday at 3pm ET, Rich Zeoli brings a daily dose of sanity to a news cycle built on panic. Long-time political advisor, analyst, and Fox News panelist, Rich has spent his career around the people making these decisions. Now he tells you what they're actually up to — and why the Constitution is not a suggestion.
On today's show: Rich walks through the Omar, Krasner, and Newsom investigations — the DNA evidence the feds reportedly have, the winery at the center of the fraud allegations, and why Omar's first move was a fundraising plea. Then Nick Shirley's fraud exposé gets a presidential signature, Lawrence O'Donnell says something strange about Trump, and Kara Swisher floats Elon Musk in jail. Plus the reporting that federal officials are advising states on Trump's midterm "interference," USAID as a front for CIA meddling, and Trump's own regret about not seizing voting machines. Abdul El-Sayed leans on Islamophobia while making his gun control case, Alyssa Slotkin plays the victim card, and Rich closes on the insignificance of everyone under investigation.
