3:05pm- On Saturday night, Temple University police Officer Christopher Fitzgerald was shot to death while responding to a robbery at 17th Street and West Montgomery Avenue, according to 6ABC News. Chad Pradelli and Sharifa Jackson report that the alleged shooter “stood over [Officer Fitzgerald] and shot him several more times in the head while he was on the ground.” The alleged shooter is being held without bail—he was arrested in 2021 for making a terroristic bomb threat.
3:15pm- While addressing the shooting death of Temple University police officer Christopher Fitzgerald, Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney bizarrely compared the sale of alcohol to the sale of firearms—ultimately blaming the loose interpretations of the 2nd Amendment for violence throughout the city.
3:25pm- During a Tuesday press conference, Philadelphia May Jim Kenney stated: “You can say you back the blue, but if you don’t back gun control…you don’t back the blue.”
3:40pm- New Jersey State Senator Ed Durr joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the unmitigated violence in neighboring Philadelphia, the benefits of nuclear power, and the danger of sonar surveys for wind turbine construction off the coast of New Jersey which may be the cause of a suddenly massive number of whales being beached and killed.
4:05pm- New Jersey State Senator Ed Durr wraps up his segment with Rich—advocating on behalf of parents’ rights and protecting young children from explicit subject matters being discussed in some public school classrooms.
4:10pm- Why do whales flee from sonar? And why are only Republicans interested in protecting endangered whales who keep washing up along the New Jersey shore? New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy seems to be prioritizing a potential run for president over protecting marine life.

4:35pm- Chinese leader Xi Jinping is planning to meet with Russian leader Vladmir Putin in Moscow in the coming months—alarmingly, China is expected to begin supporting the Russian military with lethal military aid. The war between Russia and Ukraine suddenly seems to be escalating. While appearing on CBS News, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Chinese military aid to Russia would be a “serious problem” that would impact America’s relationship with China moving forward.
5:05pm- Dr. Victoria Coates—former Deputy National Security Advisor & Senior Fellow at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the Biden Administration potentially giving the World Health Organization (WHO) authority over future United States pandemic policies. Dr. Coates also discusses reports that Chinese leader Xi Jinping is planning to meet with Russian leader Vladmir Putin in Moscow—alarmingly, China is expected to begin supporting the Russian military with lethal military aid. How could this impact America’s involvement in the Russia-Ukraine War?
5:35pm- While appearing on MSNBC with Mehdi Hasan, progressive commentator Wajahat Ali used racist and derogatory language when talking about Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley.
5:50pm- According to a new NPR report, many Americans are putting pickles on their pizza.
6:05pm- According to a CNN report from Sean Lyngaas, “[t]he US military’s Special Operations Command says it is investigating a report from a cybersecurity researcher that the command was leaking a trove of unclassified email data on the internet.”
6:10pm- Brittany Bernstein of National Review reports that the House Oversight Committee is in the process of investigating business ties between former president of the U.N. General Assembly Vuk Jeremic and the Biden family.
