FBI investigators concluded the rope was there from as early as October 2019 and is used to control the garage door at that track. He also discussed Dr. Fauci testifying to the House that he has never been directed to slow testing for COVID-19 down but actually increase it and Governor Andrew Cuomo shifts blame again for the disastrous handling of New York's nursing homes.
