00:00 – 26:26 – John kicks off the show by getting into the NBA All-Star weekend, and what he’s looking forward to from that, including the 3-point contest and the All-Star game. He also discusses Purdue losing to Maryland last night, their 3rd loss in a row.
26:27 – 45:42 – John is joined by Derek Schultz, who hosts Query & Schultz on the ICS Sports Network and who is filling in for Coach Bob Lovell on the legendary Indiana Sports Talk this evening, as they discuss Purdue dropping 3 straight and if that is a bad omen of things to come. They get into if its time to panic for the Boilermakers, or if there is still enough time for them to fix their issues before the Big Ten Tournament begins. Derek also gives his thoughts on the hiring of Shane Steichen.
45:43 – 48:40 – John wraps up the first hour of the show!
48:41 – 1:15:04 – ESPN's Mike Wells joins John as the two of them get into the Colts hiring Shane Steichen as their next head coach. They discuss how far away the Colts are from truly competing again, what the Colts need to do in the draft and in free agency, and what other coaches we could see joining Steichen in Indy. They also give their opinions on what QB the Colts should take in the draft if they are leaning towards a quarterback.
1:15:05 – 1:33:32 – IMS President Doug Boles joins the show as we are 100 days out from the 107th running of the Greatest Spectacle In Racing, the Indianapolis 500. John and Doug discuss what they’re looking forward to in this years race, what we can expect from drivers like Tony Kanaan, who has announced that this will be his final year participating in the race.
1:33:33 – 1:35:51 – John closes out the 2nd hour by recapping his conversation with IMS President Doug Boles, and talks about who the musical guests might be at Carb Day.
1:35:52 – 1:5710 – Don Fischer, voice of the Indiana Hoosiers, joins the show as he discusses their loss to Northwestern a few nights ago. IU had too many turnovers in the first half, which caused them to get into a deficit too large to overcome. IU plays Illinois tomorrow afternoon; Don and John give their analysis on what to expect in that.
1:57:11 – 2:10:53 – Head coach of the UIndy basketball team Paul Corsaro joins the show as his team has continued its hot streak. He discusses beating Drury last night 76-65, and what he believes has led to his team playing as well as they have.
2:10:54 – 2:20:49 – John wraps up the 3rd hour of the show by recapping his conversations earlier in the day, as well as taking some questions from listeners online!
2:20:50 – 2:33:35 – John closes the show with some Anything Goes!
