On Febuary 3, 2019, Serenity June Dennard, aged 9, supposedly ran from The Black Hills Childrens Home in Rockerville, SD. It has been over 100 days since she disappeared and searches have found nothing. Scent specific dogs, cadavor dogs, and law enforcement from all over South Dakota have searched for her and turned up nothing. Tonight, Lisa talks with South Dakota Senator, Lynne DiSanto, who has been not only following this case, but also trying to help by building awareness, having audits done on the home, organizing searches and organizing vigils, among other things. My name is Rachel Sosa and I have been a paranormal investigator for about 10 years. My interest in the this “ghostly hobby,” began with an experience around 6-7 years old that has stuck with me throughout my life. I have found that investigating is much like putting a puzzle together. There are so many pieces that you have to fit together in order to figure out why something is happening that is considered “paranormal.”

I am also a practicing witch, intuitive, Oracle and Tarot Reader (Don’t freak out...I’m a good witch!)

I use my gifts of intuition and empathy in order to “tune in” to a location to see what I can pick up. There are times that full pictures can come to me and others that are just snippets of residual memories (that’s where the puzzle starts for me.) I have the ability to read objects, people, spiritual energy and locations that give me clues in order to understand either what happened, or memories of what happened to a specific person. I also use tools (such as tarot cards, dowsing rods, ritualistic tools, pendulums and candles) to help me tap into energy in order to pick up things intuitively.

Because I also do readings, I love to use my cards as a type of conduit in order to tune in to the energy at a location or the person I am reading for.

I absolutely love that the paranormal world weaved its way into my life. I have a love of history and historical locations that I believe are extremely important to preserve in our communities. I also embrace the mystery and power of the supernatural. There are so many things that are happening across the veil that we have yet to understand. Tapping into that is just one way to start understanding the paranormal even more. I love teaching others about paranormal investigation and the occult. But what I love more is learning from others that are willing to share their knowledge.
