Throughout my journey of this podcast, I've geared more towards self-improvement. I talk about ways to improve your habits, your mentality, and most importantly how you view yourself. Self-appreciation is a skill that we forget to learn when we're younger. More often than not, we tend to put ourselves down and in the long run, it will hurt and stunt our growth into having a more positive mindset.
