🎙️ Welcome to Don’t Shrink to Fit – the winner of the 2024 Women in Podcasting Award in the Coaching category!
In this second part of my conversation with Johanna Crawford, the visionary founder of Web of Benefit, Inc., we delve deeper into the pivotal moments that shaped her purpose-driven career. Johanna shares how her childhood experiences influenced her mission to empower survivors of domestic violence and how founding Web of Benefit became a life-changing milestone.
She also introduces the transformative Pay-It-Forward program, a capstone to her organization’s grant-giving efforts. Through this innovative Good Works Agreement, each survivor she helped committed to supporting three others, sparking a ripple effect that has positively impacted the lives of over 10,000 women and children.
Johanna’s insights on self-worth, reframing domestic violence as “intimate terrorism,” and the power of forgiveness offer invaluable lessons for anyone seeking inspiration and growth.
Join us for this moving and enlightening conversation as we explore the steps and goals Johanna teaches to help survivors reclaim their power and dreams. This is an episode that will leave you motivated to create your own ripple of positive change.
