In this week's episode, I get to interview and share the story as to how we met Katy Stanley, as well as, how she helped our entire family heal just by being her and holding space. Katy has been our trusted babysitter for over 7 years, yet has become part of our family here in Colorado.  The Ripple Effect of healing has definitely transpired with all of us knowing each other and finding this soul connection with Katy.

Katy delves into the reason she wanted to be a nanny and shares her trauma surrounding abuse (trigger warning for listeners) and how she is overcoming this trauma in present time.  Katy is a remarkable young lady with so many creative outlets and talents.  From cooking, to flow art, to make-up, to singing, dancing, and modeling  which are huge passions of Katy's.

In this week's episode, I interview a dear friend who shares her story about having to risk losing everything she knew on her unfolding journey to personal truth.  She shares wisdom about undoing strict religious programming within herself while holding space for herself and her family members.  You get to hear how we met, and how our friendship helped heal us both & how we get to a realization that we are the directors of our own lives vs. giving up that personal power to an organization whether it be a religion, government, and the likes.

Ashley also shares tips and tricks related to her new business of organizing spaces, and how everything carries energy (the objects and spaces in our living spaces).  She shares some simple tricks to start off the journey to decluttering and creating more flow in your daily life.

In this week's episode of The Ripple Effect I share a bit of my journey with Lefort jaw surgery to install 4 titanium screws into a DOME palatal expander.  Learn via my journey and lens of being a speech language pathologist (a patient, parent, and professional) and how I learned about my posterior tongue tie, high and narrow palatal arch, and nasal airway restriction had been the root cause of my sleep apnea/sleep disordered breathing.
